Customer Service Cup
The Customer Service Cup is not a relaxed board game, far from it! It is a hyper-dynamic and challenging game setting, that draws you into the world of customer focus for 90 to 180 minutes. Teams are established, captains chosen, the strategy is determined and the roles are allocated. The training materials invite you to throw yourself into the game with themes such as: what makes customers happy, opponents and promotors, customer loyalty, making a connection, dealing with complaints, the importance of listening, customer effort, etc. All of these topics are incorporated into the game.
Method
The participants are given a set of questions and tasks that they have to accomplish by working together within a limited time frame. Each question or task is followed by a shared moment of reflection, in other words a learning moment, in which insights are shared, differences in opinion are discussed and conclusions are drawn. Once you have played this business game, customer services no longer hold any secrets for you!
Time for feedback
Each round is followed by a moment of reflection in which we exchange feedback, spot opportunities and draw our conclusions. Once you have played this game, your clients and prospects no longer hold any secrets for you. You are more successful as a sales person and quite simply, you get a lot more pleasure out of your job.
