Leadership Cup
The Leadership Cup is no convivial board game, rather it is a hyper-dynamic and challenging game setting that, for 90 to 180 minutes, will draw you deeply into the many aspects of leadership. Teams are chosen, captains elected, the strategy is determined and the roles are allocated. The material invites you to throw yourself into this game.
Method
Themes, such as corrective feedback, the importance of listening, a focus on the right employees, employee retention and do’s en don’ts. All of this is addressed in a playful manner. The participants are given a set of questions and tasks to carry out around the theme of leadership, that they have to work together to accomplish within a limited time frame. Each question or task is followed by a joint moment of reflection and thereby learning, in which insights are shared. You can also discuss the differences of opinion and draw conclusions to finalize the learning process. After playing this game all of the participants will have regained a clear understanding of the most important ins and outs of leadership!
Time for feedback
Each round is followed by a moment of reflection in which we exchange feedback, spot opportunities and draw our conclusions. Once you have played this game, your clients and prospects no longer hold any secrets for you. You are more successful as a sales person and quite simply, you get a lot more pleasure out of your job.
